FERVIN Malvasia is a modern, fresh white wine with intense fruity aromas, which reminds of tropical fruits and elderflower. On the palate the wine is fruity and fresh with rich and full flavours.
WINE TECHNOLOGY: Hand-picked grapes. Free run separate from other fractions. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Four months active batonaging yeast sediment.
WINE AND FOOD: Recommended with all less spicy seafood, pasta and risotto, also well with white meat.
