FERVIN Rose is an elegant and fresh rose of soft pink color. Wine predominantly has the notes of citrus as well as yellow and tropical fruits. On the palate, the wine is more youthful, intense and full of flavours with a pleasant freshness and a long aftertaste.

WINE TECHNOLOGY: Hand-picked grapes. Extreme accuracy at separation of must fractions. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

WINE AND FOOD: Recommended with all less spicy seafood, pasta and risotto, also well with white meat.
